35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. 6 days per week may be required. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Many overtime opportunities are available.
You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining your own set of rooms and suites, and possibly, common indoor areas. This includes vacuuming, washing floors, dusting, replenishing linens and towels, disinfecting bathrooms, etc. You may also perform some laundry duties. Wash. Dry. Fold. Repeat. This is the perfect position if you are detailed-oriented and enjoy working at your own pace, within our guidelines.
Turn up the heat in one of our fast-paced kitchens! You will be responsible for preparing, seasoning, & cooking soups, meats, fish, vegetables, desserts and plenty of other food items, all according to safety and sanitation standards. You will prepare dishes that will satisfy our customers’ expectations with their taste and timely delivery. Gain additional experience under the leadership of one of our two Executive Chefs.

À la carte dining, done differently! As a Dining Room Attendant, you’ll work across our diverse Witham Family Hotels properties, supporting various guest dining experiences. While you won’t take orders or wait tables, you’ll greet guests, set up dining areas, serve coffee, water, and rolls, deliver room service trays, re-stock mini-fridges and food kiosks, and ensure areas are clean and inviting. Duties also include setting up buffets, replenishing food stations, washing dishes, and handling recycling. Perfect if you enjoy variety and teamwork! A friendly and professional attitude is essential.
Welcome guests with a smile! You will be accommodating guests at our various locations by registering and assigning rooms, issuing room keys or cards, transmitting and receiving messages, answering and transferring calls to the correct department, keeping records of occupied rooms and guests’ accounts, making and confirming reservations, giving helpful information on local attractions, and presenting statements to and collecting payments from departing guests. If you have a natural passion for delivering exceptional service, enjoy solving problems, and are comfortable using a computer to check guests in and out this may be the role for you!
Make it shine! Our restaurants are busy, and we need you to keep up with the demand! You will be washing dishes and all cooking materials by machine or hand, maintaining kitchen work areas and equipment in clean condition, sweeping and scrubbing floors, and sorting and removing trash, all according to safety and sanitation standards. The dishwasher position is at the heart of our F&B operations. Without you, we can’t do it!
Roll out the red carpet for our guests! You will welcome guests and assist them with luggage and valet parking. You will make special deliveries to guest rooms as needed and share your knowledge of the surrounding area. You will also take pride in keeping the lobby and your main area of work clean and welcoming. If you are energetic, friendly and always willing to help, this is the perfect position for you!
Have an eye for detail? Then we’ve got the spot for you! You will be responsible for raking leaves and clearing debris from the grounds, watering the flower beds, resetting safes, routine maintenance, and minor repairs on the property. If you like working hard, having fun and making the hotel shine, this may be the place for you!

Service with style! As a Server, you’ll greet guests, set up dining areas, take and place orders, and serve food and beverages with a smile. You’ll also stock service areas with essentials, restock coolers with drinks and garnishes, prepare coffee and basic cocktails, and manage POS transactions. Keeping tables clean and ready for the next guest is all part of the role. Ideal if you’re organized, personable, and thrive in a fast-paced setting!
